The Porn Star Code

Most of us have jobs where we might occasionally meet a coworker we are attracted to but certainly not one we take to bed. If we do, usually all hell breaks loose in our place of business, certainly the affair can lead to troubles at home with the spouse or the significant lovers

There are cases when a porn star does fall in love on the set, but like actors and actresses in mainstream movies porn stars need to keep separate what they do in a movie and what they feel. Sure sex is involved, physical desires satiated will creep into how we feel about someone, but the porn star is a trained professional, the sex is just sex for them, for film, for a job no matter how good the sex is. They do not usually take love to the set, they work to learn to separate their minds from their bodies and find a love life away from their work if and when they find it, a work which happens to be about fucking.

Is the code hard to live by? Does it take an emotional toll? The shelf life of being a porn star sometimes has less to do with a guy or girl’s body starting to sag as much as it might how their emotions start to give way as the code begins to fray. Sure there are consequences to splitting one’s mind and body all the time, to keeping one’s heart encased and secure off the set when one’s emotions are being prodded with one’s body. But there is no choice for the porn star who wishes to remain sane and stick to the code.
